First things first,
Well done to the Louth LGFA on yesterday.
A full programme of finals, all on the one day!.....you would think it was madness but, all of which ran smoothly and provdied excellent entertainment also.
At least 120 ladies competed and showed off a high standard of skill and fitness combined.
Proving the ladies game is growing at a great haste and maybe a cue to other clubs to get their act together!!
All in all though, Very inspiring to all the young girls out there who love the game and want to get involved.
TAle of the TApe
Cooley won the senior, beating the Blues....will the Cooley men now follow suit and make it a Double?
Intermediate was won by Dowdashill, great to see a historic club get some well earned limelight!
Dreadnots won the Junior, making them the best Gaelic football team in Clogherhead be it men or Women!
Finally, Glyde had the last word on a memorable day winning the Junior B!
