Two former UCD men, Lyng just back into the side has a sweet left foot but Pop has the paitence and discipline to marshall him #inpopwetrust

JOB on Redmond Barry 
Their leader and master in chief shut him down we will go along way in shutting them down creatively. JOBser is our stickiest marker is has to be him.

Bingham on PJ Banville

Derek Crilly on Ben Brosnan
Crilly's workrate and impact around the pitch will make Brosnan chase him all day exactly what you want their top marksmen doing for the hour.  

Dessie on Holmes
Size wise of their forwards Dessie matches up the best with the Powerful holmes....Dessie played further out the field during the O'Byrne cup a couple of times in Drogheda, a lucky coincidence perhaps.

The most interesting Match up is Adrian Reid on Andreas Doyle (or maybe the other way round)
Andreas Doyle on the wing is very intersting he's half back/centre back by trade....no doubt he has been placed there to either sweep back or just mark Reido. the modern game eh!?  Reido is well able to put him on the back foot and cause Wexford problems like he has all year.

AOR got his match ups spot on in Portlaoise if he gets them right again.....we'll be right in the mix come 5pm sunday evening.
